Free Shipping Items

Customers can enjoy our worldwide free shipping service. We will provide you with the proof of shipping and standard shipping service (with tracking information). This way, you can track your order status at any time until the item is delivered to your doorstep. However, there is still a risk that the item may not reach your doorstep. If you still haven’t received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the issue to our tier 2 customer support team and refund your money unconditionally.

 

How Do I Return an Item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the request is approved.

Only items purchased directly from https://PBT-BEAUTY.com/ will be accepted for return. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

The returned item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and relevant documents.

The returned item must be unused, in the same condition as when we sent it to you, and in its original packaging. Items with stains, creased cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic films will not be accepted. If the condition of the returned item does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include those purchased through retailers, items purchased by mistake, and products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Returns without a receipt may be refused. PBT-BEAUTY reserves the right to deny any return request.

 

What If the Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

Did you receive a faulty item, or the wrong product? Or are you simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our customer support team at SERVICE@PBT-BEAUTY.com to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  4. Complete delivery address
  5. Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof for a refund or replacement.

How Long Is the Returns Process?

It may take up to 14 business days to process your return from the day we receive the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm once the return has been processed.

For returned defective items, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, the refund will not include all shipping and handling fees.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or the cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank for questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received the credit for your return yet, here’s what you can do:

Contact the bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the details of the modification you want to make. We will confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
